Academy Cost
No hay ningún costo para asistir a esta academia ya que se espera que los graduados sirvan a nuestro departamento como bomberos voluntarios. Equipo de protección proporcionado por el departamento.
Requirements
Debe cumplir 18 años antes de graduarse.
Debe poder asistir a las clases de la academia programadas
Debe poder enviar al menos 6 días de disponibilidad por mes después de la graduación (turnos de 12 horas, entre semana y fines de semana)
Debe ser elegible para trabajar en los Estados Unidos.
Schedule
Las clases se imparten los martes y jueves de 7:00 pm a 10:00 pm y los sábados de 7:00 am a 5:00 pm. Es importante comenzar a hacer arreglos para asistir a estas clases.
After completing the course and passing the National Registry exam, students will become certified EMT Basics eligible to professionally provide basic life support measures as a member of an ambulance crew, at the scene of an accident, during transport to a hospital, and in the medical facility.
Graduates of this program who obtain their Texas EMS License, will receive 100% tuition reimbursement if they volunteer with CVFD for at least one year
